How we handle your data.
This notice covers personal data collected through this website. Data we handle inside a client engagement is governed by the contract for that engagement, not this notice.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you reach out through the contact form or the chat on this site, we receive the message you submit and any contact details you choose to include.
- Operational logs. Our infrastructure keeps short-lived access logs for diagnostics and abuse prevention. We don't store the content of chat conversations.
- No analytics. No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers. The only persistent client storage we set is a small preference key for your light/dark theme choice.
What we use it for
- To respond to your message.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
- Nothing else.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't share it with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics vendors.
- We don't use your messages to train AI models.
- We don't profile you across sites.
Service providers
We use a small set of vetted service providers to deliver email and host the site. They process data only as needed to provide their service, under their own contractual confidentiality and security commitments. If you need the current list for a vendor review, write to privacy@tamkis.comand we'll share it.
How long we keep things
Messages you send us are kept for as long as the conversation is open and for our records of the conversation thereafter. Operational logs roll off on a short cycle. You can ask us to delete anything you've sent us — see below.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, or deletion of any data you've sent us. Email privacy@tamkis.comfrom the address you originally sent the message from. We'll confirm and act within 14 days.
Security disclosure
If you've found a security issue with this site, please don't post it publicly. Email security@tamkis.com — see our disclosure policy.
